TAMAR ALMOG (MA)

Tamar is a social entrepreneur, a facilitator and a researcher.

During her time as a research assistant in the lab, she has dealt with projects that measured motivation of individuals through quantitative measures, in specific asking how can different settings effect the individual's motivation to carry out basic actions.

Her MA thesis in the International Community Development program (Hebrew University of Jerusalem), was under the supervision of Prof. Amalya Oliver. Her thesis dealt with the life stories of social entrepreneurs, investigating through qualitative methods what is the connection between socio-economic backgrounds and current business success, as interpreted by the narrative of the entrepreneurs.

She founded a social initiative called Co.Do, which helps researchers deal with procrastination and increase their productivity.

Her current field of interest is asking how can one be best encouraged to carry out a prolonged creative process, such as the process of research or entrepreneurship, while taking care of one's well-being. Last, she is also an illustrator and a caricaturist, serving as a classic multy-potentialite milenial.
